We call our practice “Weaving.”

Not because it sounds poetic. Because it’s accurate.

Three Threads

In Norse mythology, the Norns weave fate at the base of Yggdrasil—the world tree. Three sisters. Three threads. Past, present, future.

In Tai Chi, you weave three things together: body, breath, and mind.

Most people live with these three separated.

The body moves without awareness. The breath happens automatically. The mind runs elsewhere.

Weaving means bringing them into one thread.

How It Works

Stand in a posture. Hold it for 60 seconds. Breathe in for 6. Breathe out for 6.

Your body holds the form. Your breath creates the rhythm. Your mind directs the energy.

At first, it feels impossible. Your legs shake. Your mind wanders. You lose count.

That’s normal. That’s the separation showing itself.

But after a few days, something shifts.

The three threads start to align. You feel the weave tighten. You stop leaking energy through distraction, tension, overthinking.

Why This Matters

Most training scatters you. Weaving unifies you.

When body, breath, and mind move together, you become efficient. Calm. Present.

Not in theory. In reality.

This is what the ancients knew. This is what we’ve forgotten. This is what we’re remembering.

Start Weaving

You don’t need experience. You don’t need flexibility. You don’t need anything except willingness.

One posture. 60 seconds. 6 breaths in, 6 breaths out.

That’s how the weave begins.
